Where High-Potential Students Learn What School Can’t Teach

Graduates are facing the toughest job market in decades, and it's only going to get worse. Part of the problem is students are all taught to think the same. Conventional thinking will not work in the age of AI.
As automation and technology reshape the world of work, the skills most students rely on are quickly becoming outdated. Recruiters and employers no longer just want high GPAs or polished résumés—they’re searching for original thinkers, problem solvers, and leaders who can adapt to constant change. Yet, traditional education continues to encourage conformity, rewarding students for following instructions instead of challenging them to innovate.
In today’s economy, those who simply fit the mold are increasingly invisible. The winners are the ones who see opportunities where others see obstacles and have the initiative to move first when the rules change.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does it cost?
This is a new program, and we are keeping costs low as a way to beta-test the value of the program, and iterate as needed. As of now, our program is $200/mo.
In the future, we anticipate charging between $300-500/mo.
Can this be done remotely?
Yes, as of now this is designed as a remote program.
As the program evolves, we seek to have more of a focus on in-person (Boston & Manhattan). There will also be a field-trip option as well (domestic and international).
What is the time commitment?
You’ll join a 90min cohort meeting every other week. Immersion projects will take extra time - coordinated by the cohort. Everything else is flexible—your experience grows with your level of participation. There will be a multitude of additional options (workshops, office hours, HA talks (our version of ted talks), slack community, and more.
