Our 12mo Program 

Tailored Skill & Personality Assessment

To gain a deeper insight into each student's unique makeup, we implement the DISC assessment alongside a tailored personal evaluation. Our aim is to pinpoint what truly motivates and excites every individual.

Personalized Coaching

These are one to one sessions focused on developing high agency, executive motion, specific skill development, and career exploration. 

We lean on this more at the beginning while we match cohorts. Once you've been matched with a cohort, most coaching will be done at the cohort level. 

*Personalized coaching can be requested after you've been matched with a cohort. 

Cohort Matching

We open just one new cohort each month, with a limit of 12 active cohorts at any time. After you apply, we’ll send you a DISC assessment and a short questionnaire. You’ll be placed on a waitlist until we find the cohort that’s the best fit for you.

Cohort Meetings

Bi-weekly sessions led by the Founder of High Agency. This is the most robust part of the program, where no session is the same. These sessions support both personal and group development, skill development, immersion projects, career exploration, startup building, and tribe bonding. This is where we build and take action. 

 

Immersion Projects

Do not fear. We are not here to grade you. Our immersions are designed to bring you actual experience.  However, do count on presenting your immersion scenario to heavy industry veterans that are currently operating in industries of the future. People like...

X Talks

Imagine these sessions as our own spin on 'Ted Talks'. These talks are meant to be eye openers. 

They're one-hour gatherings open to all members of the program, designed to ignite creativity and fuel excitement for what lies ahead, by exploring ideas that challenge conventional thinking. An underlying focus for these sessions is also career discovery.

 

Slack Community

Active and moderated slack community that will focus on bolstering our three core pillars. 

The slack community will be a place that will support and guide active exploration. 

We will also have dedicated channels for: 

  • Industries & careers of the future 
  • Career & internship opportunities specific to the High Agency community. We have a large network of startups, hiring managers, recruiters, and VC ecosystems that we leverage so that we can bring consistent opportunity for HA members to take advantage of.

Field Trips

We will have regularly planned field trips through out the year - both domestic and international. These are entirely voluntary and will be first-come, first-serve. 

Examples: 

- Trip to DC to explore the inner workings of the government 

- Trip to San Francisco to meet start-up executives 

- Trip to London to understand the international world of finance
